The ‘You do’ direct email campaign was completed in April 2008 by Richard whilst he was still employed at the PR and marketing agency Davies Tanner. It targeted the agency’s core market; the meetings, hospitality and events industry. The concept was to make those within the target audience view their everyday work in a new way, to feel good about what they do and to want to tell people about it. This message was enforced by Davies Tanner revealing why it is dedicated to the industry, “Because we love it!” A message that reminds the audience that Davies Tanner is on its side and fighting enthusiastically for its success.
